I wouldn’t necessarily call basics a “trend,” but for me, basics are a bit of a novelty. I tend to only dress in items with fun prints, embellishments, textures, etc. It’s rare for me to just throw on a simple t-shirt, but sometimes I just want to be comfy. This was especially true for me on a chilly Sunday when I knew I wouldn’t be doing anything else but watching the Texans game on the couch (better luck next year boys, xoxo). Not to mention, a fleece peacoat is pretty much the grown up version of a fleece hoodie. So next time you’re tempted to step outside in your sweats…maybe try something like this instead? I swear it’s just as comfortable.
